Tully's Good Times

Catering Campaign: Even Better Parties

To build awareness of Tully’s catering and drive party platter orders, I expanded on the brand’s “Great Food, Good Times” tagline with a campaign concept centered around “Even Better Parties.” I led the photography direction and designed materials across multiple touchpoints. I also redesigned the email template to collect subscriber location data, creating opportunities for more targeted emails and improved engagement.

Apparel Designs & Illustrations

I expanded Tully’s existing apparel collection with new illustrations of Tully the Turtle playing different sports, creating three to five new designs every few months. Alongside the sports-themed T-shirts, I designed branded crewnecks featuring Tully’s signature look and tagline. The apparel serves as both staff uniforms and merchandise, giving the team a range of designs that customers can wear, too.

Motion Graphics & Animation

Tully’s sports bar atmosphere extends beyond the game, with screens throughout the restaurants featuring branded content. I designed and animated a range of TV slides, along with in-arena graphics for the Syracuse Crunch. Each piece brought Tully’s branding to life through motion, across both the restaurants and the arena.

Custom Tap Handles

Tully’s has its own lineup of draft beers, so I designed a set of custom tap handles featuring Tully the Turtle. Each design puts a different spin on the brand, pairing the familiar mascot with distinct colors and finishes for the Light, IPA, and Pilsner. The finished designs were brought to life as physical tap handles in all Tully’s restaurants.

Promotions & Campaigns

I designed a range of promotional campaigns for Tully’s, creating materials across print, digital, and email to support seasonal offers, giveaways, and in-store promotions. Beyond design, I tracked email performance and QR code scans to measure engagement, while managing giveaway entries and coordinating winner selection from start to finish.

New York State Fair Proposal

The New York State Fair held a competition to select a proposal for a venue spot. With only hours notice before the deadline, I created an illustration of the proposed tent, working closely with stakeholders to bring their vision to life. Our proposal earned second place in the points-based evaluation.

Kids Menus

Tully’s Good Times tasked me with developing a series of kids menus centered on energetic, brand-aligned illustrations featuring Tully the Turtle. I led the project from research through execution, designing menus that support their family-friendly dining experience. The menus were named Favorite Kid-Approved Menu by 315Mom Magazine Readers’ Choice Awards.
